1. Educational and coaching tool only
TradeAcademy is a trading-education and simulated-practice application. It helps people learn concepts, practise chart reading and decisions, manage simulated capital, journal reasoning, and review process quality.
It is not:
- personalised investment advice;
- a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, short, or size any instrument;
- a portfolio management or discretionary mandate service;
- a broker, exchange, or payment/custody service;
- a prediction of future prices, volatility, or returns.
Research Value Score (RVS) ranks whether an idea may deserve research time. Decision Quality Score (DQS) grades checklist/process completeness. Neither score predicts market direction or trading outcomes.
A 4+ / Everyone store rating is a content-suitability label. It is not permission to trade and not a statement that under-18 users may legally trade.
2. No client relationship
Using TradeAcademy does not create an advisory, fiduciary, brokerage, banking, or portfolio-management relationship under Swiss, EU/EEA/UK, or U.S. law. We do not assess your suitability, appropriateness, knowledge, experience, risk tolerance, or financial situation as a regulated firm would.
If you need advice, consult a properly authorised adviser, broker, or other professional in your jurisdiction.
3. Market risk (general warning)

Coaching, journals, replays, Academy lessons, and checklists aim to support discipline. We do not guarantee improved performance, reduced losses, or any psychological or financial outcome.
